We want you to love your purchase. That’s why we offer a hassle-free 30-day return window from the date your order arrives.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

🛠️ Damages & Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect it upon delivery and contact us immediately.
We’ll resolve the issue quickly with one of the following:

  • A replacement

  • A refund

  • A store credit

Used items, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.

Please include a brief note with your order number and reason for return to help us process it promptly.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 1-3 working days.
Please allow additional time for your bank to complete the processing.

Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Our original shipping cost £3.95 tracked 48 or £4.95 Tracked 24 (paid to the courier) will be deducted from the refund.

🏠 Important: Shipping Address Information

Please ensure your address is correct at checkout.

If a courier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the parcel will be held for 18 days before being returned to us.
In this case, a refund will be issued for the product cost only, excluding:

  • The original shipping fee we paid

  • Any return shipping fees charged by the courier

We cannot amend an address or an order once it has been placed.
Orders are instantly locked into our system for fast dispatch.
