Shipping time begins once your order has been dispatched.

⚠️ Address Accuracy
Please ensure your address is correct before placing your order.
If a parcel is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, it will be returned to us after 18 days.
Refunds will be issued for the product cost only, as shipping and return fees cannot be refunded. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the refund would be your product cost, minus the £4 shipping cost we incurred to ship it to you minus a further £2.50 return shipping cost we are charged.

During seasonal peaks (Christmas, sales, strikes, etc.), Royal Mail may experience delays of 3–10 working days or more.
